We act as a trusted Corporate Finance Debt partner to support our clients’ sustainable and digital journey As Underwriter, we structure responsible financing solutions and ensure certainty of funds for strategic projects, such as acquisitions, spin-offs, IPOs, restructuring, … As Financial advisor, we offer capital structure & debt advisory across the rating spectrum, and access to the relevant pool of investors within the equity and debt capital markets As Credit & ESG Rating Advisor, we offer unapparelled understanding of agencies and reach to their analysts to explain the credit story With offices in Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore and New York, our group is a leader in strategic and acquisition finance and a global rating advisory franchise This is a fixed term 12 month Trainee contract with Societe Generale. You will form part of the team on a full time basis. In order to apply for the Trainee position please ensure you have completed your qualification and will be available to work full time for the duration of the Trainee contract. ### Missions - Contribute to provide integrated debt structuring / capital structure / rating advisory / acquisition & strategic finance / market access solutions to key clients of the Bank, in close connection with coverage and corporate finance teams - Contribute to originate and execute strategic & acquisition finance and/or rating advisory mandates on all aspects (marketing materials, credit process incl. ESG analysis, legal doc negotiation), in accordance with SG and AFG policies and guidelines Produce reliable modelling materials, client pitches and analysis documents supporting internal credit processes Be abreast of key market trends, including economic/regulatory developments, dynamics of different industries as well as new rating methodologies, incl.
