## Job description

### RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support senior EM & FX traders with daily responsibilities and medium-term projects
- Learning trading intricacies of FX and EM markets in preparation of market making trading role.
- Help develop quantitative tools and models to optimize trading, reduce risk increase profitability
- Manage trade bookings, fixing positions and cumulative desk risk
- Engage in pricing and hedging of EM and G-10 FX & EM Rate derivatives.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop the efx and voice client franchise.
- Quantitative Analysis – systematic analysis of client flows to build trading strategies.
