This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team and get hands-on experience within a fast-paced, results focused, global organisation. The successful candidate will have some experience in all stages of a debt capital markets transaction and will have an active role in a client facing team. This includes having exposure to a working in a fast-moving industry, where the scope of work will cover the wide range of a financing business line activity, from marketing and origination, execution and closing. The DCM team is responsible for addressing borrowers’ needs in terms of raising and managing capital in the debt capital markets. The client base for DCM includes corporate borrowers, financial institutions, the public sector, and sovereigns globally. In terms of debt origination, DCM’s activity covers issuance of bonds across the capital structure, including senior and subordinated debt, covered bonds, green, sustainable, and sustainability-linked, in addition to ESG, balance sheet, capital and liability management advisory. DCM’s activity also covers transaction management advisory.
