## Job description

### Essential responsibilities
- Participate in development of the Risk Management Strategy, ICAAP Package, Risk Assessment, Risk Appetite Framework & Statement, the stress testing programme, and other reports related to credit risk, ensuring integration of ESG into risk management processes
- Stay up to date with regulatory developments and best practices related to credit risk management and ESG risks (incl. NBR/EBA/BIS/ECB/ publications), assess and communicate their impact
- Propose enhancements to the internal normative framework and contribute to its design, optimization, and implementation (including independent opinions - as second line of defense - on business proposals)
- Monitor the Bank's risk profile in relation to its risk appetite on a quarterly basis and prepare the dashboard to be presented to the Risk Management Committee and the governing bodies, in order to support the review and oversight of the Bank's risk profile
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams within the Risk department on regulatory topics and internal normative alignment
- Contribute to external reporting towards various stakeholders (including regulatory recurrent & ad-hoc topics)
