The emphasis will be the broader software sector within Technology Investment Banking. This will include equity origination [IPO’s Follow-Ons], M&A and Leveraged Finance debt origination. The group is fully integrated into the broader bank and will work closely with our product group and on a cross-border basis with groups in Europe and Asia. Work closely with ECM, DCM & M&A to organize our content and focus on the Software sector, including peers comps, trading activity and transaction comps Keep abreast of market developments, capital markets activity, M&A announcements and investor sentiment around software.
