This role operates as a strategic partner to senior HR, COO, and business leadership, with primary responsibility for the Human Resources sourcing category across the Americas (Primarily US and Canada). The individual is responsible for defining and executing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and delivering measurable value through cost optimization, service improvement, and risk mitigation. The position requires an experienced sourcing professional with knowledge of financial services, preferably supporting investment banking businesses and on Human Resource related purchases (including contingent labor, recruitment, benefits, learning & development, payroll, and HR technology platforms) and knowledge in commercial and contractual structures. Additionally, the individual is required to influence senior stakeholders level and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. ### MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to: The candidate for this role will primarily be managing the Human Resources category of spend and may, on a project-by-project basis, be required to address other categories dependent on aptitude and capabilities.
