This role requires rapidly developing familiarity with emerging frameworks such as the GENIUS Act, CLARITY Act, recent SEC/CFTC rule changes, and other federal or state reforms. The advisor will be responsible for helping SGUS on U.S. stablecoin issuance, supporting banking and investment services related to digital assets, and supplying regulatory advice to transactional, risk, and operations teams regarding blockchain securities and licensing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate agility in navigating both regulatory advisory and transactional support within a dynamic, fast-changing sector, and will have the motivation to grow their expertise along with the evolving regulatory landscape.
