The Opportunity Smurfit Westrock is seeking a highly talented Finance Manager to help lead the Supply Chain Finance team working in a complex global function located in our Corporate Headquarters in Atlanta, GA. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Business Finance & Analytics and will be a key business partner to the Enterprise Logistics team. The Supply Chain Finance Manager will work closely with Freight and Logistics Leadership, Supply Chain Leadership and Mills Financial Team in the preparation and review of forecasts, budgets, ad hoc analysis, and periodic reports. In addition, the Manager will participate on project teams, periodically acting as the ‘finance lead’ on these teams. In performing these roles, the Manager will be expected to interact with numerous functional departments (both at Corporate, Mill and Box locations) and with numerous management levels within the company. How you will impact Smurfit Westrock Lead all freight forecast/planning development and variance analytics for both Mills and Packaging businesses Liaison with Packaging counterparts on forecast/planning assumptions and variance analytics Responsible for the delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly financial analyses with related commentary.
