Global in outlook, local in practice – and with a united, shared passion for discovering solutions, we hire talented, driven people and support them to succeed, personally and professionally. ### Role Materials Specialist Location: Jandakot WA Type of contract: Full-time Job Description: The Materials Specialist is responsible to execute product and material handling and movement within the warehouse in compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards. They inspect and accept incoming shipments against supplier packing lists, ensuring items have been received in a satisfactory state. They complete material fulfillment upon Division request. ### Roles and Responsibilities Receiving and Processing: Accept incoming shipments, inspect for quality, and document merchandise for delivery or return. ### Inventory Management Maintain accurate records of inventory entering and exiting the warehouse, ensuring proper stock rotation and cycle counts. ### Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and label goods for outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping schedules. ### Equipment Operation Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes and pallet jacks, and perform daily inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition. Assist with general housekeeping Update systems or paperwork for inbound/outbound stock movements Arrange local freight Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and address any issues that arise during operations. ### Qualifications and Experience Full Australian working rights. ### Essential Valid Forklift Licence Essential: Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform warehouse maintenance tasks safely Experience in warehouse or logistics operations (preferred) Dogging Licence is favourable SAP experience is advantageous - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock management Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking or job sheets Reliable, punctual, and organised - Excellent communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to lend a hand wherever needed Excellent English language knowledge (verbal and written) mandatory Please apply via this advertisement and upload a detailed resume outlining your qualifications and work experience.
