If selected for this position, your employment will begin with ChampionX and will transition to SLB as part of the planned integration. SLB/ChampionX is seeking a Billing support Specialist to provide general administrative support to multiple cross functional departments in Williston, ND/ Dickinson, ND. The primary function for this role is to utilize SAP for order/invoice creation and working the Accounts Receivable reporting tool. We are looking for a driven and resourceful Billing/Support Specialist who wants to work in an exciting, fast-paced, and challenging environment. ### What's In It For You - Opportunity for a long term, advanced career path in finance, supply chain, service, sales, or management - Access to best-in-class resources, tools, and technology - Thrive in a company that values a culture of safety to include top-notch safety training and personal protection equipment - Comprehensive benefits package starting day 1 of employment- medical, dental, vision, and more! ### What You Will Do The job responsibilities for the Associate Field Support Specialist would include (but are not limited to): - Responsible for Order to Cash processing using SAP - Monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivable - Report creation/analyzation using SAP data export to Excel - Maintaining customer master data - Maintaining relevant EDI data in customer pay platforms - Working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve order and/or inventory issues - Office Administration ### Minimum Qualifications - High School degree or equivalent required. - 4 years of administrative experience with emphasis utilizing excel ### Preferred Qualifications - Some College - Strong PC skills including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Apps - SAP experience - Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and basic reasoning skills - Excellent Verbal and Written skills a must - Effective collaboration with team mindset - Ability to work in fast paced environment - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask - Must be flexible, responsive and resourceful - Able to work autonomously and self-motivated ### About Us ChampionX is now part of SLB, a global technology company driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.
