¡Únete a nuestro equipo de Well Operations en SLB Venezuela! 🛢️👷 SLB está reactivando sus operaciones en Venezuela y buscamos un Well Site Leader Drilling para planificar, coordinar, supervisar y ejecutar el programa de operaciones de pozo, brindando un liderazgo claro en seguridad (HSE) y asegurando operaciones seguras, eficientes y conformes a los estándares. Lo que

Buscamos Profesional con experiencia comprobable (Experienced Professional, +7 años) en operaciones de pozo (well operations o área afín) Formación técnica o de ingeniería afín Sólido liderazgo en HSE y en la ejecución de programas de operaciones de pozo Conocimiento en control de pozo, riesgos operacionales y gestión de recursos Locación: Maturín

Inglés intermedio Responsabilidades Principales Liderar las reuniones de seguridad y operaciones (brief/debrief) y las juntas diarias de planificación con clientes, contratistas y terceros Asegurar que las operaciones se ejecuten de forma segura, previniendo riesgos de control de pozo, pega de tubería y otros riesgos operacionales Actualizar el pronóstico y la actividad planificada para anticipar recursos y optimizar la eficiencia del servicio

Preparar procedimientos detallados para operaciones críticas (corrida de casing, cementación, etc.) y sus planes de contingencia Gestionar el inventario, los costos diarios y la revisión/aprobación de facturas y reportes Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y estándares de SLB ¿Cómo aplicar?
