We are looking for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor located in Tulsa, OK. Collaborates with the production manager to develop and execute production activities in a safe working environment. Follows quality controls and procedures to ensure that raw material and finished goods comply with product specifications. Maintains a safe and clean working environment and promptly addresses any safety concerns. Prepares and maintains production reports, including performance metrics, production output, and quality data, and provides regular updates to management. ### Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related subject or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment with 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role is necessary. Acts independently under general direction. ### Physical Demands Works in heated, ventilated shop. Has continuous exposure to heat and noise. Protective gloves, and sleeves are required for sustained periods. Also, safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel toe footwear are required constantly.
