## Job description

### 学历要求

博士研究生 专业要求：石油与天然气工程、油气井工程、岩土工程、人工智能等相关专业 外语要求：外语六级（CET-6）450分及以上或相当水平 其他要求：
- 研究方向聚焦井筒完整性智能管控研究，完善全生命周期井筒完整性技术体系建设； 身心健康，服从分配，责任心强，吃苦耐劳；
- 具有良好的学习、沟通交流、文字写作和团队协作能力；
- 研究方向需覆盖井筒完整性、固井工程、井筒密封与屏障、深井超深井井筒安全、油气井全生命周期评价等相关领域；
- 具备扎实的地质-工程耦合分析、井筒力学分析、密封屏障失效机理、完整性评价方法与风险评估等理论基础；
- 熟悉井筒结构设计、固井工艺、井筒监测技术或数值模拟相关研究经验者优先；
- 具备独立科研能力，有相关课题攻关、学术成果（论文/专利/项目）者优先。
