## Job description

### 学历要求

博士研究生 专业要求：人工智能、智能科学与技术、计算机科学与技术、电子信息等相关专业 外语要求：外语六级（CET-6）450分及以上或相当水平 其他要求：
- 研究方向聚焦石油工程智能化转型，搭建智能体研发与运行平台；
- 身心健康，服从分配，责任心强，吃苦耐劳；
- 具有良好的学习、沟通交流、文字写作和团队协作能力； 熟练掌握主流智能体开发框架、平台搭建技术，具备软件开发基础；
- 精通大模型微调训练、智能体研发、算法部署与优化，具备算力调度、模型轻量化落地能力；
- 掌握数据集构建、语料标注、数据清洗核心技术；熟悉NLP相关算法与大模型训练数据规范；具备文本数据处理、质量校验、数据降噪能力；
- 熟悉软件开发全流程，有工业、能源行业智能平台研发经验者优先。
