### How You will Make An Impact

Lead a team of product executives to support product, product engineering and general admin related activities. Coordinate product operations activities with Product Managers, IT, Operations, and Sales teams. Ensure product administration activities comply with governance policies and internal controls. Produce and review regular reports on financials, product status, product changes, and data quality metrics. Maintain product manuals, process documentation, and knowledge repositories.

DMonitor service requests and administrative tasks against agreed service levels. Identify opportunities to automate product administration activities. Recommend improvements to product governance processes and operational workflows. Participate in system enhancement and process improvement initiatives. Work with automation and AI initiatives to improve product administration efficiency.

### Skills for Success

Diploma in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline. 5 years of experience working with enterprise product catalog or CRM/ERP systems is advantageous.
