We are looking for a Product Executive to support the end-to-end product lifecycle and day-to-day product operations. You will administer product information, coordinate product-related activities, maintain documentation and reporting, and collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure product operations are managed accurately and efficiently. ### Make an Impact by - Product Operations & Administration Support day-to-day product, product engineering and general product administration activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, documentation and operational records. Monitor product-related service requests and administrative activities against agreed service levels. Support the effective execution of activities throughout the product lifecycle. - Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate product operations activities with Product Managers, Product Engineering, IT, Operations and Sales teams. Follow up on product-related actions, dependencies and operational requirements with relevant stakeholders. Support communication and coordination relating to product changes and operational activities. Work with stakeholders with different operational and business requirements to facilitate timely resolution of issues. - Product Governance & Controls Ensure product administration activities are performed in accordance with applicable governance policies and internal controls. Maintain product manuals, process documentation and knowledge repositories. Support the consistent application of product governance processes and operating procedures. Identify documentation, data or process gaps and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions. - Reporting & Data Management Produce and review regular reports covering product financials, product status, product changes and data quality metrics. Maintain accurate data used for product administration, tracking and reporting. Analyse available information to identify exceptions, trends or operational issues requiring attention. Support stakeholders with relevant product information and reporting when required. - Process Improvement, Automation & Technology Identify opportunities to automate product administration activities and improve operational efficiency. Recommend improvements to product governance processes and operational workflows. Participate in system enhancement and process improvement initiatives. Support automation and AI initiatives aimed at improving product administration efficiency. Assist with testing, implementation and adoption of enhanced processes or systems where required. Skills for Success Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably involving product operations, administration, reporting or a related function. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Basic understanding of financial statements and financial information. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organisational and documentation skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within agreed timelines.
