### How You will Make An Impact

Analyse customer, product and business data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations to track product and business performance. Translate business questions into data and reporting requirements. Present insights and recommendations to support data-driven product decisions. Support Product Managers in gathering and documenting product requirements. Work with IT and other stakeholders on data requirements, product development and delivery.

Support product lifecycle activities, including product enhancements, go-to-market initiatives and post-launch performance analysis. Conduct market and competitor research to identify product opportunities. Develop simple scripts or analytical workflows to improve data extraction and analysis where required.

### Skills for Success

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proficient in Excel and Power BI, including data preparation, data modelling and dashboard development. Familiarity with SQL, Python, Databricks and/or advanced Excel is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with large datasets and turning data into useful insights.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the confidence to ask questions, challenge assumptions and suggest better ways of doing things.
