## Job description

### Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Overflight Department in Flight Operations Division.

### Key Responsibilities
- Verify and confirm overflight and air navigation charges are invoiced correctly and approved for timely payment to Authorities.
- Manage high volumes of invoices during peak periods while ensuring payments are processed by their due dates.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to promptly resolve any payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate, well-organised records and documentation to support timely processing, reconciliation of invoices, and audit requirements.

### Requirements
- Possess a Diploma, preferably with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Fresh Diploma holders with aviation knowledge may also be considered.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
