The Opportunity The Chemist Warehouse online dispensary at Chermside and call centre at Eagle Farm is a vital part of this dynamic network, supporting over 1.5 million customers each week with prescription advice and pharmacy services – all delivered over the phone or online. If you're a qualified pharmacist looking to step into a non-dispensing, customer-focused role, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

You’ll work in a team of like-minded pharmacists, committed to accuracy, efficiency, and compassionate care.

Key responsibilities include: Responding to inbound calls and emails relating to: Prescription medications, dosages, side effects and interactions Stock availability and general order queries Supporting customers in navigating our website and online ordering process Assisting with prescription verification and resolving medication-related queries Participating in drug access programs, including: Counselling Patient contact Pharmacovigilance reporting (training provided) Communicating clearly and empathetically to support customer needs Ensuring high standards of compliance and service across all interactions
