## Job description

Sie sind eine erfahrene Führungskraft im Qualitätsmanagement und möchten Qualität, Sicherheit und kontinuierliche Verbesserung in einem internationalen Produktionsumfeld vorantreiben und in die Matrixstruktur unseres Unternehmens eingebunden sein? Für unseren Produktionsstandort in Dresden suchen wir einen Plant Quality Manager (m/w/d) mit Verantwortung für Qualitätsmanagement, Qualitätssicherung sowie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Qualitätsteams.

## Responsibilities

Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagements am Standort Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards Führung und Entwicklung des Quality Teams Analyse von Qualitätskennzahlen sowie Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen Betreuung von Audits, Reklamationen und Qualitätsprojekten Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Supply Chain und weiteren Fachbereichen

## Qualifications

Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines produzierenden Unternehmens Erfahrung mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen und ISO-14001 Ausgeprägte analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Wir bieten: Ein Jahresbruttogehalt von 79.615 EUR – 103.120 EUR brutto, je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung Bonus bis zu 10% Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld Eine verantwortungsvolle Führungsposition mit Gestaltungsspielraum Internationale Zusammenarbeit und spannende Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Moderne Arbeitsumgebung Interessiert?
