They will use their technical expertise in programming languages, tools, and delivery models, in conjunction with their methodology expertise to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions. This role requires a foundational understanding of programming languages, tools, and delivery models, as well as the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. The incumbent will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including project teams, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the development process is running smoothly. Ultimately, the incumbent will play a vital role in ensuring the organization's software applications are effective, efficient, and provide a seamless experience for the end-users. ## Responsibilities Analyze system requirements and translate them into software programming specifications​ Develop, code, integrate, test, and debug software applications using current programming languages​ Create documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance of software​ Collaborate and communicate closely with various stakeholders such as users, developers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions​ Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and programming languages to ensure the team's skills and expertise are current This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office. This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and business relationships. Candidate will work with sensitive regulatory and formulation data. Must be US citizen or Green Card holder working within the United States for compliance with regulations including but not limited to viewing ITAR formulations. Must be eighteen years or older ## Qualifications ### Minimum Qualifications - Must be at least - 18 years of age - Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without now or in the future requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1, etc.) - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. ### In lieu of a degree, at least - 7 years of experience in application development or application engineering - 4+ years of experience in software development, specifically in application development engineering Experience in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Ruby - Familiarity with software development tools such as Git or Jenkins - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications using Java (JEE/Jakarta EE). Experience deploying and troubleshooting applications on Oracle WebLogic and/or JBoss/WildFly application servers. Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and web services. Strong Oracle SQL skills, including query development, performance tuning, and database design. Working knowledge of PL/SQL, including stored procedures, packages, and functions. Experience with CI/CD tools and processes to support automated build, deployment, and release management. Understanding of enterprise application architecture, software development best practices, and Agile development methodologies.
