## Job description

Drive sustainable and profitable growth for the High Performance Flooring (HPF) business in Italy through effective sales management, account development, and customer relationship management. Manage existing flooring accounts, develop new business opportunities, and support long-term sales, market share, and profit growth across the flooring segment.

## Responsibilities

This position is to drive sustainable profitable growth in HPF in Italy ensuring that annual Sales budgets are met and exceeded through effective sales management. The position will manage existing flooring accounts by geography with the expectation to grow sales annually ensuring that plans are achieved and exceeded complete coverage of assigned customers. This position is accountable for developing Maintenance Repair Operations projects whilst managing a profile of large Flooring direct accounts to maintain and increase sales/growth and market share for the P&M Division.

This position is accountable for sourcing and developing relationships with high-value potential Commercial Flooring ‘end user’ customers that lead to sales, margin, market share and profit growth throughout the Flooring business segment. Position will serve as the single point of contact and will manage customer relationships and coordinate pricing across Regions/Sales Areas. Ultimately, the goal of this position is to make Sherwin-Williams the supplier of choice of large national organizations for their floor coating project needs in its locations.

Will work with the wider EMEAI Flooring team, EMEAI HPF Sales Director and other sales teams to ensure that multiple customer locations receive the same level of service program offerings. The Area Sales Representative must be able to effectively utilize resources, marketing, technical service, and work with preferred contractors to meet customer expectations and achieve long-term sales/market growth. Will work with Product Marketing to create awareness of new products to serve customer needs.

## Qualifications

Ability to work with all levels of the P&M Sales Organization Knowledge of the Construction industry, manufacturing and processing particularly the food and beverage industry. In-depth knowledge of flooring products In-depth knowledge of flooring application Project management Financial: project P&L management Territory knowledge of end-users Managerial skills Advanced Negotiation skills Marketing and lead creation Italian - English TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 50% or more The established salary range for this position is 58,000 – 75,000 euros gross, annual + bonus (GSIP 15)
