### Customer Service Advisor - Spain Location

Madrid, Spain (office-based, Monday–Friday) Reporting to Customer Service Supervisor, ES Join a Team Where Every Day Counts If you're looking for a role packed with energy, challenge, and real impact — this is it! We are searching for an exceptional Customer Service Advisor to join our high-performing, commercially driven team in Madrid. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem‑solving on the fly, and loves bringing clarity to the ambiguous.

Here, you won’t just process orders — you’ll be part of a team that shapes the customer experience and plays a vital role in our continued growth across Spain. If you pride yourself on staying calm, organised, and laser‑focused when things get busy, we want to meet you!

### Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative support to Operations and Customer Service
- Process customer orders in SAP and provide daily updates
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance for efficient order management
- Respond to customer queries, service issues, and complaints professionally
- Ensure process compliance and accurate record-keeping
- Act as the primary contact for sales order processing
- Monitor on-hold orders and communicate updates
- Manage the Spain Customer Service inbox
- Support tender tracking and reporting What You Bring: Experience in Sales Order Processing/Customer
- Support, with SAP focus
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision Flexibility and cultural awareness A proactive, positive, can-do attitude High attention to detail and strong organisational ability Fluency in Spanish and English Eligibility to work in Spain without sponsorship What’s in It for You?
