## Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic IVD Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Morocco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

### Responsibilities

Develop and implement product marketing plans. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and market trends. Promote and present IVD products to healthcare professionals. Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional materials and sales tools. Support product launches and coordinate cross-functional activities. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Organize product training sessions for distributors teams and customers. Build strong relationships with key KOLs and partners.

### Requirements

At least Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical engineering, Pharmacy or a related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IVD products or a similar role. Experience in the medical device, diagnostics, or laboratory industry is preferred. Knowledge of product lifecycle management and market analysis. Strong analytical and communication skills. Excellent presentation and project management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in French and English is required, additional languages are a plus.
