## Job description

负责根据分行整体经营规划，协助数智客户经营中心总经理组织制定数智经营中心业务发展规划及年度经营计划；负责分管领域长尾客户直营各项工作和线上协营工作；组织数智客户经营中心人员完成各项工作；协助数智客户经营中心总经理完成人力资源相关管理工作，确保人员有效配置、任用和发展；完成上级领导交办的其他工作事项等。 诚实守信、具有良好的职业操守、品行端正、敬业爱岗、勇于创新；具有较强的工作责任心、良好的团队合作精神和组织协调能力；性格开朗、思维灵活、身体健康、无重大疾患病史，无违纪违规等不良纪录；大学本科（含）以上学历、具有5年及以上相关工作经验，条件优秀者可放宽上述条件。
