## Job description

根据分行零售业务规划，牵头开展零售客户分层分类管理； 根据客户经营团队的全年工作目标，有序制定团队成员的日常工作计划，并对团队成员的工作进行有效管理，努力完成全年业务指标； 根据部门安排负责绩效考核、人员管理相关工作等。 本科及以上学历；2年及以上金融行业相关从业经验；熟悉零售业务和产品，具备较强的综合业务素质，能够及时解决客户经营工作中出现的各类问题；具备较强的沟通能力、客户服务意识和工作责任心以及良好的团队协作精神；有较强的协调能力和团队管理能力等。
