## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 按照工艺规程开展生产操作，服从班组长及带教人员的指导与管理；
- 能及时、准确填写生产记录及相关质量文件；
- 规范操作生产设备，执行日常点检与基础维护；
- 主动识别并如实报告生产过程中的偏差与异常，配合开展调查与纠正；
- 落实EHS（环境、健康、安全）相关要求，参与日常安全活动；
- 完成车间安排的其他与生产相关的合理工作任务。

### Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，药学、制药工程、药物制剂、机械设计及其自动化及相关专业；
- 具备药品生产相关基础知识或实操经验者优先；
- 能熟练使用办公软件完成基础文档处理；
- 责任心强，具备良好的执行力与团队协作意识。
