## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据项目需求，完成液相合成工艺开发、参数优化、质量研究、注册申报等工作，以及工艺转移车间进行中试生产；根据客户需求按时完成订单交付；
- 完成实验方案，解决技术难题，并协调跨部门合作；
- 按节点完成液相合成工作，并对实验结果做出全面分析；
- 根据项目情况，完成工艺报告、注册资料等文件撰写。

### Requirements
- 药学、化学、生物技术或相关专业硕士研究生及以上学历；
- 熟悉药品研发全流程，有药品注册申报资料撰写经验者优先；
- 精通液相合成设备操作，能独立设计合成方案并优化工艺参数，提高产品质量和收率；掌握LC-MS、NMR等分析图谱解析能力，具备杂质结构分析及清除能力，能撰写实验报告并提出改进建议；
- 具备较强的文献检索与英文文献阅读能力；责任心强，善于沟通，能独立解决问题并适应高强度工作。
