## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 依据既定的合成工艺路线，规范执行有机化学反应操作；
- 负责药物合成的小试研究及工艺参数优化；
- 承担合成工艺的中试放大及向生产部门的工艺技术转移；
- 协助完成相关药品注册申报资料及实验记录的撰写与整理。

### Requirements
- 硕士或博士研究生，药物化学、制药工程、有机化学及相关专业；
- 具备良好的英文文献阅读与理解能力，能独立查阅药学专业中外文献；
- 熟练掌握合成工艺研究相关仪器设备的操作，能独立开展产品研究、工艺设计及申报资料整理工作。
