# Business Development Executive - Sustainability

## Job description

Generate new sales leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Assist in promoting sustainability and ESG services, including training, certifications, assessments, and consultancy solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender documents with support from technical teams. Follow up on sales enquiries and coordinate customer meetings. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Support sales campaigns, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and industry events. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems. Monitor customer requirements and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review. Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs established by management.

## Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Sustainability, or related field. 2 years of sales experience, preferably in sustainability, ESG, or consultancy services.
