## Job description

allgemeine administrative Bürotätigkeiten, z.B. Posteingang, Telefondienste und Erstellung von Schriftverkehr Probenerfassung, Probenversand sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen Unterstützung bei der administrativen Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Rechnungsstellung Dienstfahrten mit Betriebswagen, vorwiegend im Raum Neustadt an der Waldnaab und Weiden in der Oberpfalz die Stelle ist im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung auf drei Jahre befristet, eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit wird angestrebt

## Qualifications

abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, z.B. Bürokauffrau / -kaufmann, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufseinsteiger*innen und Quereinsteiger*innen arbeiten wir gerne ein Freude an administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) Führerschein Klasse B
