## Job description

Erschließung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten in den Bereichen Verteidigungsinfrastruktur und -Industrie Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Defence-Kunden, Behörden, Beschaffungsstellen und Industriepartnern Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Vertriebsstrategien gezielte Neukundenakquise durch proaktive Markt- und Kundenansprache Steuerung der kommerziellen Aktivitäten von der Identifikation einer Geschäftschance bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung Unterstützung von Ausschreibungen, Angebotserstellungen, Rahmenverträgen und öffentlichen Vergabeverfahren Beobachtung von Marktentwicklungen, neue Technologien und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten im Defence-Sektor

## Qualifications

mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Business Development in den Bereichen Verteidigung, Infrastruktur, Industrie oder Ingenieurwesen militärischer Hintergrund oder vergleichbare Erfahrung in der Verteidigungsindustrie wünschenswert fundierte Kenntnisse von Beschaffungsprozessen, Kundenstrukturen im Defence-Umfeld sowie industriellen Produktions- und Sicherheitsstandards idealerweise Erfahrung mit militärischer Infrastruktur, Verteidigungsliegenschaften, Bauvorhaben oder Facility Management im Defence-Bereich Erfahrung in der Erstellung komplexer kommerzieller Angebote sowie in der Steuerung unterschiedlicher Stakeholder unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Eigeninitiative sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs-, Netzwerk- und Sprachkompetenz in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2)
