The role is responsible for understanding business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing processes, and translating those requirements into functional solutions. Business Analysts support the full solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and workshops through testing (UAT/SIT), deployment, and post-implementation support, ensuring that delivered solutions meet business expectations and organizational objectives. The team supports a broad portfolio of ERP, EPM, reporting, and transformation initiatives, including Oracle EBS, cloud transformation, Power BI, finance-related projects, and emerging technology initiatives. The team is expanding due to resource movements to other strategic projects, creating a need for additional Business Analysts to support delivery priorities and maintain project momentum. What Success Looks Like Business Analysts are expected to: Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from a variety of stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and discussions to identify solutions and improvements. Create functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Act as the bridge between technical teams and business users throughout project delivery. Support testing activities and ensure solutions are delivered according to business needs. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. ## Qualifications ### What We Are Looking For While ERP, SAP, Oracle, EPM, or finance process experience can be beneficial, the hiring managers are primarily looking for candidates with outstanding soft skills, strong communication abilities, curiosity, and a proactive mindset. They have strong technical expertise within the team and are confident in developing technical knowledge internally when the right attitude and potential are present. ### The ideal candidate will demonstrate Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. An inquisitive mindset and the ability to ask the right questions. A self-driven approach with a desire to learn and develop new skills. Confidence working with both business and technical stakeholders. Ownership of requirements throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle. New hires will receive support from experienced Business Analysts, Solution Engineers, and subject matter experts. There are opportunities to gain exposure to Oracle technologies, cloud solutions, ERP modernization programs, and future-focused initiatives, including AI-related projects. Internal training resources and certification paths are available to help employees build both functional and technical expertise. Working Environment The role is based in Spain and offers significant flexibility. While candidates can eventually work remotely, new joiners, especially those with less experience as an IT Business Analyst, are expected to spend time on-site during their first few months to accelerate learning, collaboration, and knowledge transfer.
