## Job description

### 工作內容

獨立負責日常會計帳務處理，包含傳票編製、帳務入帳及結帳作業。 處理並 沖銷國外應收／應付帳款 ，執行跨國往來帳務對帳。 負責 401 申報作業 ，確保申報資料之正確性與時效性。 執行 應收帳款分析（A/R Analysis） ，追蹤帳齡狀況並協助風險控管。 負責 開立發票及相關帳務處理 ，確保開票流程符合公司政策與法規要求。 與海外單位或國外客戶進行帳務確認與必要之溝通協調。 支援月結、季結及年結作業。 協助會計資料整理，以因應內外部稽核與查核需求。 其他主管交辦之會計相關事項。

## Qualifications

會計、財務或相關科系畢業。 5 年以上會計實務經驗，具備獨立作業能力 。 具備 國外帳款處理及跨國帳務對帳經驗 。 熟悉會計帳務流程與基本內部控制概念。 具備良好 Excel 操作能力（基本函數、樞紐分析）。 工作細心、責任感強，能快速上手並承擔即戰力角色
