## Job description

### 职责
- 从个人业务场景出发 ，聚焦于场景研究与深耕，特别是核心区域住宅，商住混，专业市场，景区，校园等。寻找增量机会点和业务痛点，并协同制定相应解决方案；
- 从个人客户需求出发，深入了解客户痛点，从不同客群的寄件需求找到目前服务短板，以及竞品优势，推动服务、流程、工具、产品等环节的优化；
- 掌握基础的平台推广、运营、活动策划；

### 对互联网和电子商务发展有较敏锐的洞察力及较高的商业敏感度； 任职要求
- 熟悉物流行业，具有优质的媒体资源，有互联网或物流行业同岗位工作经验优先；
- 有较强的思考和沟通能力，较强的数据分析能力；
- 较强的人际沟通能力，综合素质高，较高的洞察力；
- 扎实的文字功底，具备优秀的文案编辑、润色、组织、整理和撰写的能力；
