## Job description

### 职责
- Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development.
- Ensure alignment between sales objectives and company goals.

### 任职要求

Job Requirements:

### Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

### Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

### Skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software.
- Language
- Fluency in Japanese & English is mandatory.
- Additional proficiency in Chinese is highly desirable.
