## Job description

### 职责

【岗位职责】
- 统筹B、C货物共仓一盘货运营的仓库日常运营，制定并执行仓储管理流程，确保鞋服货品入库、出库、分拣、复核打包、退货质检等环节高效运转；
- 优化库存管理，定期盘点和分析库存数据，确保账实一致；
- 负责仓库团队管理，包括人员排班、绩效考核、技能培训等，提升团队协作效率与执行力；
- 对接客户物流及质量等部门，确保订单及时交付，处理异常订单及客户投诉；
- 严格执行仓库安全管理规范，落实防火、防霉、防盗等措施，保障货品及人员安全；
- 分析仓储运营数据，制定改进方案，控制仓储成本，提升整体运营效益； 完成上级交办的其他工作任务。

### 任职要求

### 学历与经验
- 大专及以上学历，10年以上仓库管理经验，3年以上鞋服行业同岗位管理经验；

### 专业技能
- 熟悉BC一盘货鞋服仓储运营流程及库存管理方法；
- 熟练使用ERP/WMS系统及Office办公软件；
- 具备数据分析能力，能根据数据优化运营策略；

### 管理能力
- 擅长团队管理与沟通协调，能有效激励员工，处理跨部门协作问题；

### 职业素养
- 责任心强，注重细节，具备抗压能力与应急处理能力； 其他：熟悉智能仓储系统者优先。
