## Job description

### 职责
- 负责转运中心的流程优化和效率改进，收集、分析运营数据，提出改进方案；
- 参与转运中心的布局设计、工艺流程设计和设备配置优化，提高中心处理能力；
- 建立和完善转运中心的作业标准、操作规程，确保各项工作规范化执行；
- 跟踪落实优化方案的实施效果，通过数据分析评估改进效果，持续迭代优化；
- 与各部门沟通协调，收集现场意见建议，推进持续改善项目实施；
- 参与新设备、新技术的评估论证，支持转运中心的智能化升级。

### 任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，工程、物流、管理等相关专业优先；
- 具有1-3年快递/物流转运中心或仓储运营相关工作经验；
- 熟悉快递转运业务流程，了解转运中心的运营管理模式；
- 具备数据分析能力，能够熟练使用Excel等分析工具，能提炼数据价值；
- 具有较强的学习能力、沟通协调能力和团队合作精神；
- 责任心强，思维敏捷，具有问题解决和持续改善意识；
- 能适应现场工作，愿意深入一线了解运营实际情况。
