## Job description

### 职责
- 负责5万+㎡综合品类仓库0-1筹备及日常运营，对运营KPI负责，达成运营目标；
- 负责仓库的精益生产，实现运营水平的提升与运营成本的降低；
- 负责团队建设及员工培训，保证仓库员工的专业能力提升。

### 任职要求

1、学历：本科及以上学历，物流、运输、仓储等相关专业优先 ； 2、5年以上国内、B2B/B2C仓储管理运营经验、鞋服/食品品类运作经验，有带领200人以上团队经验者优先； 3、具备3C品类存储、生产专业知识，有丰富的异常处理能力和经验； 4、具备较强的数据分析、逻辑判断、沟通表达、组织协调能力，有责任心有担当；
