## Job description

### 职责
- 根据公司结算管理制度，细化结算工作流程；
- 负责公司的应收账款的查询、催收工作，保障应收账款的及时回收；
- 定期清理逾期账款，控制资金风险；
- 加强对月结客户的信用管理，做好对客户的评估监控工作，规避月结款回收风险；
- 监控及发现操作流程中涉及的资金风险，推动责任部门持续改善；
- 与网点管理人员，一线小哥及客户保持友好的合作关系，定期客户拜访；
- 完成上级领导安排的其他工作事项。

### 任职要求
- 财经类专业本科以上学历，具备系统性会计思维能力和较强的学习能力，具有职称者优先考虑;
- 熟悉国家财税法规和最新会计准则，熟练使用SAP等财务软件及Office办公软件;
- 具备良好的组织、沟通、协调、推动能力和执行能力，具有团队合作精神；
- 具有高度的独立性、主动性，能够积极乐观地适应变化，工作严谨，责任心强，能够承担较大的工作压力。
