## Job description

### 职责
- 结合市场竞争、客户需求，结合资源模式制定产品端到端SLA时效标准，牵引内部资源投入及运营流程迭代升级
- 负责产品面客时效承诺管理，优化承诺系统底盘，推动面客竞争力及履约能力提升
- 基于市场竞争、客户需求，结合区域特性，制定及优化服务时间标准，推动运营交付满足客户需求
- 基于市场竞争、客户需求，制定不同运营环节的交付标准，推动环节时长/端到端静态规划精进

### 对产品交付能力进行端到端监控，不断推动产品竞争力提升 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备跨境/海外项目工作经验；
- 熟悉国际相关业务场景，熟悉跨境合规、流程安全、项目协调及调优能力；
- 逻辑清晰、学习适应能力强，具备较强的责任心、抗压能力及工作统筹推动能力。
