## Job description

### 职责
- 结合市场竞争、客户需求，结合资源模式制定电商产品端到端SLA时效标准，牵引内部资源投入及运营流程迭代升级；
- 基于市场竞争、客户需求，结合区域特性，制定及优化服务时间标准，推动运营交付满足客户需求；
- 基于市场竞争、客户需求，制定不同运营环节的交付标准，推动环节时长/端到端静态规划精进；
- 对电商产品交付能力进行端到端监控，不断推动电商产品竞争力提升。

### 任职要求

1.大专及以上学历，计算机、信息技术等相关专业优先； 2.3-5年产品运维或相关运维工作经验； 3.具备良好的系统思维和问题解决能力，能够独立分析和解决问题； 4.沟通能力强，责任心强，具有良好的团队协作精神； 5.有物流、快递等相关行业运维经验者优先考虑。
