## Job description

### 职责

【岗位职责】

### 统筹消费品行业客户运输场景端到端运营保障
- 协助行业解决方案竞标行业客户运输场景标的，含运输解决方案制订、资源协调、运营保障方案制订等
- 承接行业客户运输端到端运营保障落地，包括且不限于运输资源协调，现场运营管理，运输履约监控，供应商服务评价，项目运营回顾等

### 负责行业客户运输项目精益管理，包括且不限于项目履约风险把控，项目调优方案制订及落地改善，项目履约质量提升等 任职要求
- 【任职要求】
- 具备项目管理实战经验，能独立落地统筹运营项目全周期管理；
- 相关运输管理3年以上经验；
- 具备优秀的横向跨部门资源沟通协调能力，逻辑清晰、沟通高效，能快速整合资源、解决协同痛点；
- 精通成本、利润模型搭建与分析，具备较强的成本管控和经营思维；
- 办公软件精通，熟练操作 PPT、Word、CAD、等工具，具备专业方案撰写与数据呈现能力；
- 熟悉各类运输模式及成本核算，掌握运输定价、线路优化、成本管控核心逻辑； 8、具备运输社会资源整合能力，拥有行业优质资源者优先。
