## Job description

### 大营运模式变革项目
- 统筹C项考核涉及的项目指标进行监控、分析，拉通相关组织改善；
- 统筹大营运高峰/假期运营保障（风险场地需求摸排、触点发运规则制定、绿色通道打通等）；
- 负责触点颗粒度规划、日常梳理审核，做大营运直发时效宇成本平衡；

### 大营运
- 混笼率、拆笼等异常数据监控与改善。

### 本科及以上学历，统计学、运筹学、物流管理类相关专业优先
- 熟练使用办公软件及数据分析工具；
- 具备3年及以上运营规划经验，善于主动思考、有团队意识；
- 能够独立推动和执行项目工作交付；
- 有良好的数据敏感度、逻辑思维能力和分析能力，能从海量数据提炼核心结果，有数据分析的能力。
