## Job description

### 服装鞋帽行业经验
- 熟悉服装鞋帽行业供应链全场景，了解行业发展阶段和常见痛点；熟悉销售渠道特性，toB，toC，OtoO，CtoC；至少3年同行业或关联企业工作经验；

### 供应链工作经验
- 有过运营操作、监管、精益、等方面，单项至少1年连续工作经验；了解仓库、运输与配送成本构成，效率水平；有过物流业务精益项目经验；有过SOP制定，梳理，工作经验为佳；

### 科技经验
- 熟悉ERP，WMS，TMS等系统逻辑；需有系统操作经验； 任职要求：
- 本科以上学历；
- 鞋服行业供应链背景；
- 具备独立调研、分析解决问题的能力，能够适应出差，及较大工作压力；
- 善于沟通，逻辑清晰严谨，优秀的数据敏感度和分析能力，善于调动资源，团队协同；
- 熟练掌握办公软件，包括office Excel、 BI、PowerPoint能够独立完成调研、评估报告撰写；
