## Job description

### 职责

Job description: 1.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. 2.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching. 3.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions 4. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.

### 任职要求

1.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 2.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. 3.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software.
