## Job description

### 自营车资源获取与管理
- 1）选型、设备的资产规划、采购、退出； 2）调拨管理； 3）运营管理：证件管控、维养、费用管理（油卡&路桥费卡、预提、结算、现金报销）、GROUND系统优化、效能管控（闲时资源融通等）；
- 自营车&外包车质量管理（车辆温度合格率）；

### 运输新技术的引入推广，如
- 新能源车、大方车、无人车、中置轴车等的测试推广；
- 干支线自有司机薪酬管控、排班管控；

### 运输安全管理
- 自营车&外包车辆故障监控及处理、车辆自燃管控、保险管理；
- 自营车&自营司机相关的人员&科技预算制定、全景图、关键台账、管理授权流程等；
- 对区域运力团队进行本职相关的培训赋能；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作任务。

### 任职要求
- 机械、汽车、物流工程等相关专业优先；
- 具有5-10年车队管理、车辆技术或物流运营工作经验；
- 熟悉车辆维保管理流程，了解国家车辆安全和环保法规要求；
- 具有较强的数据分析和成本管理意识，能够运用信息系统进行车辆管理；
- 具备独立解决技术问题的能力，有供应链或零售餐饮行业运力管理经验优先；
