You will lead our 401(k) and financial-wellbeing strategy while also managing the coordinated design and delivery of benefits across the Americas (Canada, US, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Brazil). You’ll be a key facilitator in program design, vendor partnerships, compliance, and ongoing optimization.
