## Job description

### 战略与架构
- 制定海外 BU IT 数字化中长期规划，设计技术、数据、应用架构，确保与集团战略一致，提升海外 IT 竞争力。

### 项目全流程管理
- 统筹海外业务 IT 需求分析、开发、运维，把控进度、质量与成本，保障数字化服务稳定交付与运行。

### 数据治理
- 建立数据治理标准与质量管控体系，挖掘数据价值，为海外业务决策提供支持。

### 背景经验
- 本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业；5 年以上 IT 经验，3 年以上海外业务 IT 管理经验优先，熟悉汽车行业信息化优先，具备AI相关业务经验优先；

### 专业技能
- 精通 IT 战略规划与架构设计，掌握项目管理体系与工具，熟悉数据治理技术；英语流利；

### 核心能力
- 具备战略思维、项目执行、数据洞察、跨文化沟通及团队管理能力，学习与抗压能力强。
