## Job description
- 负责编制及修订精品附件感知质量评审流程，制定评审标准，开展竞品的感知对标分析，输出对标报告，支撑产品感知质量定位。
- 按照AUDIT评审标准，对新开精品附件进行评审，识别外观、间隙面差、内饰匹配、功能、装配、油漆、磕碰划伤等感知类缺陷，对推动整改闭环。
- 识别客户抱怨转化为评审检查项，将客户市场主观抱怨转化为工程问题，组织研发、工艺、供应商开展问题分析，推动设计、零部件、工艺方案优化，跟踪整改与效果验证。
- 维护感知缺陷库，对齐AUDIT评审标准，对供应商开展感知质量标准培训。
- 负责快速处理客户抱怨和投诉，制定和实施精品附件质量问题质量改进计划，推动质量管理体系的不断完善，提高客户满意度。
- 本科及以上，车辆、机械、材料等相关专业，6年以上工作经验，其中2年以上主机厂感知质量、整车AUDIT、整车主观评价、内外饰质量相关工作经验。
- 熟悉产品开发流程，熟悉内外饰、车身、涂装相关工艺，对整车外观、内饰感知缺陷具备较强识别判断能力。
- 能够独立完成对标、评审类报告输出，熟练使用办公软件，掌握基础质量工具。
- 具备良好的跨部门沟通推动能力，对视觉、触觉等主观感知敏感度高。
- 具有较强的学习能力和抗压能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。
